BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH L&G STUDIO, THE BUYER COMMITS TO PURCHASE AND ACCEPTS OUR TERMS BELOW


WHOLESALE ORDER TERMS & POLICY:

. ORDER MINIMUMS:  

Home Accessories: MINIMUM QTY + MINIMUM TOTAL OF $500 

Furniture & Lighting: MINIMUM TOTAL of $1000  (Total amount can apply towards Home & Accessories items)

. PAYMENT: You will be issued an invoice within 7 days of submitting a PO

For orders under $5000, we ask that buyers provide payment upon placing your order.  

For orders over $5000, 50% of the payment is due when placing the order.  Barring rush orders, your full payment is due 1 week before the estimated ship date.  

Orders paid with any major credit cards are subject to a 2% processing fee. This will be automatically reflected on the invoice unless paid with a check. 

. LEADTIME:  Leadtime vary on product type as stated in the linesheet.  Unless otherwise arranged, we ship all orders complete corresponding to the longest leadtime product.  If you'd like us to split up the shipment to receive certain items sooner, please specify so in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS field. 

. DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS: We use FedEx Ground (3-5 business days) as our default shipping method unless otherwise instructed.  Items are insured against shipping damage.  We can ship via your shipping account if supplied in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS field.  Please note you're responsible for the insurance coverage of shipments made on your account.

. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:  We use USPS International Priority shipping (7-14 days) as our default international shipping method unless otherwise instructed.  We can ship via your shipping account if supplied in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS field.  Please note you're responsible for the insurance coverage of shipments made on your account.  All orders over $2500 in declared value require a $50 processing fee for added customs paperwork.   Taxes and duties imposed by the recipients' country are the buyer's responsibility to pay directly to the postal carrier upon receipt. 

. RETURNS:  All returns and claims must be pre-authorized. Please please EMAIL (sales@ladiesandgentlemenstudio.com) L&G within 10 business days of order receipt and state your reasons. Merchandise is eligible for return if it has not sustained any major damage to the package or product. Returns after 10 business days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

L&G is not responsible for return shipping cost with the exception of damaged or defected products.  

. RUSH ORDERS: If an order needs to be rushed, there is typically a 15%-25% up charge depending on how soon you need the products. Please enter the requested date needed in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS field and we will contact you to make appropriate arrangements.

.CUSTOM ORDERS:  Custom products and finishes are available upon request.
